When purchasing an apartment, you pay only for area you really occupy!

It is crucial for everyone considering purchase of a new apartment to gain an overview about the information regarding the apartment floor area. The prices are usually stated per apartment or sqm. To make a reliable comparison of different offers, it is necessary to understand for what we are supposed to pay. The floor area of the apartment is usually stated in following ways:

• the area of apartment including the area under partition walls as well as external walls
• the area of apartment before plastering the walls excluding the area under partition walls and external walls
• the area of apartment (excluding the area under partition walls and external walls) after plastering the walls- i.e. the area you can “really” occupy (you can step on it)

We are convinced, it is necessary for our clients to be fully informed in order to undertake a proper comparison of available offers on the market and choose the most suitable one. We don’t want our clients to pay for area they cannot occupy. That is why, the floor area stated by each apartment in the “List of apartments” refers solely to really occupied area!
