The construction company Metrostav a.s. added property development to its scope of business activities in 1995. Soon, it realised the potential of property development as well as the need to have a specialised team which would be solely focused on development yet with access to the other divisions. As a respond to discovered need, a fully independent company Metrostav Development a.s. was established in 2008 in order to cover all the development activities for the entire Metrostav Group.

In order to satisfy all client’s needs and requirements, we cooperate with subsidiary of Metrostav Group Metros, s.r.o. which is responsible for the complex services and execution of clients’ specific wishes and requirements regarding changes of flat disposition according to projects’ possibilities and selection of standard and above standard furnishings.
